- The purpose of this call is to see if we are a good fit for you.
- If you wish to proceed, you will then be booked in for a Initial Strategy and Advice Meeting (Step 2)
Step 2: Book a 60-minute Initial Meeting
For a one-time fee of $660, you’ll receive:
- A 60 minute Initial Strategy and Advice Meeting
- A comprehensive written Letter of Advice outlining different pathway options.
- A detailed discussion with one of our lawyers, either in-person or via video conference (Teams), where you can share your circumstances.
- An overview of your options and the services we offer, including approximate costs and timeframes for each.
Step 3: Engage us
Post-Strategy & Advice Conference: Fee Options
After the Strategy & Advice Conference, if you require our ongoing assistance, we’ll send you a fee proposal for the agreed work.
We offer three fee options based on the nature of the work:
- Fixed Fee
For clear and well-defined work, we offer a fixed fee to cover all anticipated tasks. - Hourly Rates
For work with uncertain scope, we charge based on hourly rates. - Hybrid Fee
A mix of fixed and hourly rates. This is suitable when some tasks are well-defined, but others are uncertain. - Charging in Stages
For complex cases, we often charge in stages. We provide a quote for the first stage and a preliminary estimate of the overall cost. After completing each stage, we’ll send you a proposal for the next stage.
